Are all your products vegan and cruelty-free?

All of our products are 100% vegan, and we never test on animals or allow others to test on animals on our behalf. A small portion of our products are made in China, however as we do not sell any products in mainland China our products do not need to be tested on animals. We are passionate about animal welfare and this is at the forefront of our company ethics.


Where are your products made? 

We are pleased to announce that from March 2023, our entire product range will be Made in the UK, and manufactured in our very own facility.


How long do your products last?

Our products have a shelf life of about 12-24 months. If they are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher for longer. Most come with an expiry date label. We advise to use your Miss Patisserie product as soon as possible for the best experience.


Are your products suitable for people with Eczema?

We advise customers steer clear of bath bombs that foam as they may cause irritation to those with Eczema (however, every person is different!). Products without a foaming agent are our clearing, smoothie twinkle and calm bath balls.


What products can be used during pregnancy?

Any of our products that do not contain essential oils can be used during pregnancy, for example all our bath slabs, bath crumble and patisserie melts are all fine to use during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor of course if you are unsure. 


Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten free and do not come in contact with gluten during production.


Are all your products natural?

The majority of each formula contains natural ingredients (at least 90%). However to create the vibrant colours and beautiful scents in some of our products we need to use cosmetic grade synthetic ingredients.


Can I return an item?

Yes, if it is unopened and undamaged within 14 days. If you have received an item that is already damaged, please send us an email to info@miss-patisserie.com and we will deal with it on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a full refund including postage or an exchange once the item has been returned, please keep all postage receipts as proof. See our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
